The privacy of your personal information is very important to Nelson Management. We will not
sell rent or trade your personal information to any third party. We will take every care to
protect the security of your information.
Nelson Management is registered with the ICO and is compliant with the 2018 GDPR legislation.
This policy explains the way that Nelson Management collects and uses your information.
HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION
When you register with Nelson Management, we will collect the following information; Including
but not limited to:
• Parent/Guardian Names (when the client is a minor)
• Address
• Contact Numbers
• Emergency Contacts
• Email Address
We will also collect the following Client information; including but not limited to:
• Name
• Date of Birth
• Height
• Clothing measurements & shoe size
• Medical conditions / Disabilities / SEN requirements
• Banking Details for payments, tax purposes
• Passport details/residency status
This information will only be used for the uses described below
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
When you register with Nelson Management, you are required to complete a Tagmin profile and
complete a contract. This information is held securely and may only be accessed by Nelson
Management staff.
We may use this information for the following reasons; including but not limited to:
• Submit you for work opportunities.
• Discussion and negotiation of salary and/or fees.
• Discussion within the Nelson Management, verbal communication and/or email with casting
directors, directors, producers, and other creatives involved with the process of pursuing
employment on your behalf.
• Discussion with lawyers/legal departments if applicable.
• To execute our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and through Nelson
Management on your behalf.
• Process of a grant or job application.
• HMRC reporting.
• Notify you of any changes on the services we provide.
• Discuss with you the services we provide
We are required, by law, to hold some types of information to fulfill our statutory obligations
and take care to review retention periods on a regular basis. Nelson Management will hold your
personal information for the period in which your child is involved with the agency and for a
period after as set out in your contract.
WHO CAN ACCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Nelson Management may pass your information to third party providers including, but not
limited to; Tagmin (password protected online management data base systems which manages
your contact details), agents sub contactors and other associated organisations for the purposes
of providing our services to you. However, when we use third party service providers, we shall
only disclose the information that is essential to deliver our service. Nelson Management shall
never release personal information to non-work related third parties for them to use for their
own direct marketing purposes, unless you have explicitly requested Nelson Management to do
so, or unless we are required to do so by law
OPTING OUT
You have the choice as to whether you would like to continue to receive marketing emails from
us. When we send out an email of this nature you may choose to unsubscribe via the link at the
bottom.
UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION
It is important to Nelson Management that we hold your most accurate and up to date
information. If you have any change to make to your personal information, including change of
email address, please update your details via Tagmin
You may request a copy of the information that Nelson Management holds about you at any
time. You should make this request in writing addressed to the Nelson Management Office, 7

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
When you provide us with your information, we take every step to ensure it is stored securely.
Electronic copies are held within a secure server (Tagmin) and all devices upon which
information is stored are encrypted and password protected.
WHAT ARE “COOKIES”
Many websites use “cookies” – this is a small piece of information that is stored on your
computer when you visit a website. This allows the website to recognize you when you visit it
on subsequent occasions. “Cookies” do not allow us to identify you as an individual but can be
used for analytical purposes. You can switch off “cookies” using your browser preferences at any
time.
